Essentials about shipping

  • We at Aapka Cart are determined towards the accurate delivery of your orders before time and in favorable conditions.
  • Aapka Cart Online Retails makes sure to deliver your ordered products as fast as possible at your doorsteps.
  • Currently operational in thousands of cities across India, we would be going global shortly. You are required to mention your correct pin code along with complete address for on time order delivery.
  • The shipping is done on all working days from Monday to Saturday excluding public holidays.
  • Any delay in shipping of orders due to unavailability of product or other reason will be communicated to the customer well in advance.

Delivery Charges:

  • Shipping is free on all orders above Rs. 499/-. Orders which are of value less than Rs. 499/-, a shipping charge of Rs. 49/- would be applicable.
  • You can get the ordered gifts packed at some additional cost.
  • All the products, along with the gift items would be shipped to the mentioned address with an invoice having details about the prices in accordance with the Indian Tax Regulations.
  • To check the delivery status of your order, a tracking id would be e-mailed to you after the shipment of your order.
  • We aim to process the shipment of your order between 2-5 working days. For products, which are not accessible or available in our warehouse, we request you to allow 2-15 days for the processing of the order.

Cash on Delivery (COD):

  • The Cash on Delivery (COD) option is applicable for selected cities which can be checked from the serviceable pin code list.
  • More and more pin codes will be added regularly to cover maximum location for Cash on Delivery facility.
  • An additional cost of Rs. 49 is applicable on all COD orders.
  • Prepaid orders have no extra charge at all.
  • If there are any additional charges applicable on the product, then it would be communicated at the time of payment. Such charges are different from the delivery charges or the product’s selling price.

Aapka Cart Return Policy

The return policies listed below are applicable only for domestic orders.
At Aapka Cart, our main object is customer satisfaction for which we endeavor to get as flexible as we can, in terms of prices of popular and branded products, discounts & offers. The return policy is not applicable for all the products; it may vary in accordance to its type. The variations are divided into categories as per the product nature and described henceforth. If the confusion sustains, please feel free to contact our customer care department. The return policy is specifically mentioned besides each product for the convenience of our valuable customers.
Following products are returnable:
Every item which comes under the label of footwear, clothing, and belts is returnable only if, it has not been purchased from final sale and does not carry the tag of non-returnable product.

Products, which can be categorized under the tag of Jewellery, Electronics, Personal Care and Grooming, Watches, Handbags, Cosmetics, Toys, Wallets, Leather Goods, Tie, Home Decor, Swimwear, Innerwear and Lingerie, Fragrances and Sunglasses. Moreover, the detail about every product is mentioned on the product page to check whether the product can be exchanged or returned. The return applicability is mentioned on the checkout page along with the cart details.

Specifications for return of products:

  • Your money for the returned items can be redeemed in the form of account credits at Aapka Cart Online Retails for all the orders made.
  • The items to be returned must not be used or worn and should have its packing, tags, shoe box, hangers, plastic wrap, dust bags intact.
  • Items which have been purchased at the time of sale are not eligible for returns.
  • Aapka Cart Online Retails needs to be contacted within two days of the reception of the product for availing any kind of return benefits.
  • In case there is a size issue, dislike issue (only for clothes and footwear), the return shipping payment is to be made by the customer and the product is entitled to reach the warehouse within 14 days (Foreign Brands).
  • For Returns, intimation is to be given with 48 hours of receipt of the product ordered.
  • We take total responsibility of the cash return and reimbursement of return shipping if, there has been a mistake from our side, may it be delivery of wrong item or defective product.
  • An invalid return of a product would be sent back. For further queries, please contact our customer support from Monday to Saturday.
  • A mail for the return of the product can also be sent at, and for the same acknowledgement is sent back to the customer.
  • After evaluation and approval from the Q & A department, credits would be transferred to your Aapka Cart Online Retails account.
  • If, in case the returned product is not valid, then it would be sent back to you at your expense.
  • The return process and all its ongoing details would be updated on your account page with each step of approval or disapproval the product gets.
